A woman is facing several charges including child endangerment in Loudon County. Deputies encountered 30-year-old Melissa Lee Ann Blevins walking around a vehicle on Hines Valley Road and noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. After seeing and removing a child from the automobile, deputies reportedly  found two bags of marijuana along with a pipe within the child’s reach. Blevins was additionally  charged with public intoxication, simple possession of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
