Putnam County, TN- On January 18, 2023, TWRA agents were on a training mission on Center Hill Lake near the Hickey Boat Ramp when they located a body floating in the water. Criminal Investigation Division responded and took over the investigation. The victim has been identified as 40-year-old Spencer Harville from Putnam County. Spencer had a last known address of Baxter, Tennessee. Spencer’s vehicle was also found and identified near the boat ramp. Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division is now conducting an investigation as to what occurred that led to Harville’s death. Harville’s body has been sent to the State Medical Examiners’ Office in Nashville, Tennessee for an autopsy.
