The Bradley County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested a man accused of setting his ex-wife’s home on fire on Washington Street. The female was inside with two other people at the time of the blaze starting. All of them were able to make it out of the house with only minor injuries. Officers stated 56-year-old Leroy Pierce, Jr. is charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated arson, and violation of an order of protection.
