(BREAKING NEWS) – An accident has occurred on Highway 62 near the Marathon gas station in the Coalfield community of Morgan County.

Initial reports indicate two vehicles were involved, with one reported to be overturned.

An explosion was also reportedly heard. It is unclear if anyone was trapped when that happened.

Two Lifestar helicopters landed in the Beech Park Church parking lot in Oliver Springs to transport the patients from the crash to U.T. Medical Center.
