Buffy Joann Keagle, age 54, was born on June 28, 1968, to General and Alma Davis in Elyria, OH, and passed away on February 9, 2023, at her home in Crab Orchard, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents General and Alma (Haney) Davis; sisters Debbie and Penny Davis; and brother Michael Davis.

Buffy is survived by her daughters Amanda Waldo and Sandra (Steven) Jenkins, both of Crossville, TN; grandchildren Clayton (Bubby) Waldo, Emily Waldo, Leah Jenkins, and Andy Jenkins, all of Crossville, TN; brother James Davis of Crossville, TN; sisters Rhonda (Eddie) Brock of Richmond, KY and Tina Newton of Chattanooga, TN; several nieces and nephews; two special friends Sparky Ayers and David Norris; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

A Graveside service will be held on at Prichard Cemetery in Knox County, KY, with Craig Ward officiating.
