BUSINESSES GROSSING LESS THAN 100K TO CHANGE TAX FILING METHOD
From the City of Crossville:
If you are a small business who grossed LESS THAN $100,000, you will no longer file your renewal through the Tennessee Department of Revenue’s website. Your business tax renewal will now be completed through the City and County Clerks’ offices. The amount is $15.00.
If you are operating within Crossville City Limits, your renewal is due with the City Clerk’s office prior to May 15, 2025. You can renew by coming in to our office in person at 392 North Main Street. We also now offer online renewals at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/crossvilletnTo renew online, please go to the link above and request an account. Once requested and your business name is associated with your existing account, you may log in to your account to pay the renewal. Updates on your account status will be sent via email and can take between 1-3 business days to be approved depending on volume of requests.If you renewed online last year with us, you can log in to your account and pay the balance.NOTE: Renewing through our website only renews your CITY OF CROSSVILLE business license. You will also need to renew with Cumberland County Clerk’s Office.
