A Cumberland County High School girl scout got a great opportunity over the summer when she was 1 of 23 chosen for a trip to Japan. Kasi Brown wrote an essay to Girl Scout Destinations on why she would like to be selected to go to the Land of the Rising Sun. Kasi, along with the others picked, went for two weeks to learn about the culture of Japan, meet girl scouts there and go sightseeing. Kasi has been a girl scout since kindergarten.
