We will continue with a typical summer forecast all of this week and next week as well. Partly cloudy days with a 30% chance of afternoon thundershowers, highs in the mid-to-upper 80s. I do think Monday and Tuesday will be better than what we had on Sunday with more sunshine to enjoy. July finished out pretty average for temperatures and precipitation, rainfall did vary considerably across East Tennessee because of those afternoon storms. About the only thing that will change this weather pattern is a cold front from Canada or a tropical weather system from the Gulf and we don’t have that right now.
