Charles Raymond Pugh, age 81, was born on January 25, 1945 to Luther and Margaret Pugh in Crossville, TN and passed away in his home on August 8, 2026.

He is survived by his wife, Rosie Baldwin Pugh; daughter, Crystal Roberts (Shane); grandchildren, Brylee Roberts and Nickolas Roberts; siblings, Clifford (Sue) Pugh and Margelene (Charles) Lester; stepson, Jason (Betsy) Pugh; step grandsons, Kelvin (Brianna) Pugh and Mason (Nakisha) Pugh; and step great grandchildren, Karson Pugh, Brinlee Pugh, Riley Pugh, David Winningham, Evelyn Pugh, and Zipporah Pugh..

He is preceded in death by his parents, Luther Pugh and Margaret Bond Pugh; his wife of 53 years, Geraldine Pugh; and son, Gary Raymond Pugh.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 12 to 2 with service to follow. The service will be officiated by Olin Wooden, Arlis Norris, and Doug Dalton. Burial will be in Pugh Cemetery.
