Charlotte Annie Penix  Goodin, age 81, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on April 19, 2023, at Dominion Senior Living.

She was born on June 25, 1941, in Beckly, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Clarence Whisman and Alice Faye (Williams) Whisman.

Charlotte was a teller at a bank and of the Christian Faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Rufus Penix; second husband, Erin Goodin; brother, Bob Whisman; and sister-in-law, Nancy Whisman.

Graveside Service will be held at Green Acres Memory Gardens on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 10:00 AM.
