The Claiborne County Sheriffs Office Criminal Investigations Division has issued an arrest warrant for 48-year-old Johnna Lynn Miracle (also known as Johnna Lynn Janis or Jlynn) of Harrogate for Attempted First Degree Murder resulting from an incident that occurred on August 28, 2024, at a residence on Leeds Street in Harrogate. Johnna Miracle is possibly armed with a handgun and should be considered armed and dangerous.
