Clara May Hinch, age 77, of Crab Orchard, passed away July 11, 2021. She was born January 26, 1944 the daughter of Willie R. and Emma L. Bertram Beaty. She worked many years at Roselawn Southern and later retired from Perdue. She was a kind and loving Christian lady who loved her family. She enjoyed working her flower gardens and liked to quilt. She always loved to spend time fishing with her husband Jerry.

She is survived by her son: Sam Hinch (Kim) of Crossville; daughter: Cyndy Findley (Adam) of Ft. Sill, Oklahoma; brothers: Delano Beaty (Dorothy) of Illinois and David Beaty (Kathy) of Sparta; sisters: Mollie Crabtree of Illinois, Janie Gatts of Cookeville, Virgia Bigger of Cookeville, Willie Conatser of Livingston, Mildred York of Jamestown, and Jeanie Anderson (Cordell) of Cookeville; grandchildren: Tara Whited (Richard), Brittany Pahl (Will), Maranda Findley, Devin Cole (Brandon) and Lexi Parsons (Logan); 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Jerry W. Hinch.

Funeral services will be held Friday July 16, 2021 at 1 p.m. central at Hood Funeral Home in Crossville. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. central at the funeral home. Burial will be in Haley’s Grove Cemetery.
