Tennessee high school basketball history could be made tomorrow night (Friday, December 13, 2019) at Pickett County High School when the Bobcats host Clarkrange High School. Clarkrange Lady Buffaloes Coach Lamar Rogers tied a record of most wins by a high school basketball coach in Tennessee this past Monday night. The record was held by the late Jim Smiddy who coached at Charleston and Bradley Central for 45 years. If the Lady Buffaloes win tomorrow night, Coach Rogers will get his 1,218th win and will have the most wins in state high school basketball history. Rogers started coaching the Lady Buffaloes in 1976.
