COREY HUFF, WANTED FOR FIRST-DEGREE MURDER, CAPTURED IN ANDERSON COUNTY
Law enforcement has apprehended Corey Huff, the suspect wanted for a fatal stabbing outside a Knoxville convenience store early Sunday morning.
Huff was taken into custody near Carden Gap Road following a coordinated effort by the U.S. Marshals Service, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), and the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.
Prior to his capture, authorities had issued an urgent warning to the public regarding the first-degree murder investigation, noting that Huff was last sighted in the same area where he was ultimately located. The Knoxville Police Department’s investigation into the fatal attack remains ongoing.
