The case against an Overton County businessman charged with sexual battery by an authority figure and indecent exposure was heard in criminal court yesterday. Authorities say 38-year-old Brandon Thomas of Livingston was indicted back in June on the charges stemming from an alleged incident in February involving a juvenile employee at his workplace. In court yesterday, Thomas was ordered by the judge to return to court January 27, 2020 as the case was continued.
