CRMC TO PRESENT RESOLUTION REGARDING SALE OF CUMBERLAND RIVER HOSPITAL

Cookeville Regional Medical Center is scheduled to present a resolution to the city council Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. to accept a new offer on Cumberland River Hospital. The resolution comes one week after CRMC’s Board of Trustees voted to accept a $200,000 bid from Johnny Presley of Crossville to purchase the Celina hospital. The resolution will amend the Cumberland River Hospital, Inc. charter, allowing CRMC and the City of Cookeville to sell the facility to Presley.
