A Crossville driver reportedly going 105 miles per hour in a 65 zone on I-40 in Putnam County Saturday resulted in his arrest. The Tennessee Highway Patrol eventually pulled over Cody Gene Fenstermaker at the 293 mile marker westbound. The trooper stated that Fenstermaker allegedly appeared to be under the influence. Fenstermaker was arrested on his 3rd DUI violation and is scheduled to appear in court October 25.
