The City of Crossville Water Utility Department will have Spruce Loop closed from Canary Drive to Camelia Drive, today, Wednesday, April 10, 2019, starting at 9:30 a.m. Traffic will be detoured through Satsuma Drive. Please use caution while traveling through this area, or use alternate routes, if possible.
