Tennessee Congressman John Rose has named Rebecca Foster, former chief nursing officer of Cumberland Medical Center (CMC) in Crossville, as district director.

Rebecca Foster brings 29 years of experience in healthcare and executive roles to Rose’s team. Most recently, Rebecca served as the chief nursing officer of CMC for six years. Previously, Foster worked as the director of critical care and the executive director of quality and patient safety at CMC.

Foster is from Fentress County and a graduate of Clarkrange High School. She is an alumna of Tennessee Technological University, with a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in nursing informatics. Rebecca and her husband, Allen-who serves as Cumberland County Mayor, have two children, Brooke and Shade, and reside in Crossville. Foster works primarily from the Cookeville office..
