CYNTHIA JEAN KIMBRO, AGE 64

Cynthia Jean Kimbro, age 64, of Crossville, passed away February 2, 2021. She was born June 29, 1956 in Johnson, New York the daughter of George and Jane Nell Aikens. She was the former owner of Little Pumpkins Child Care and attended Lawrence Chapel Church of God of Prophecy. She is survived by her husband: Walt Kimbro of Crossville; children: Josh Sherrill (Miranda), Stacey Hayes (James), Jimma Kimbro, Shelby Fields (Tim) and Jackie Brown (Tim) of Crossville; brothers: Daniel Aikens of Huntsville, Alabama, George Aikens (Peaches) of Symrna, Tennessee and Larry Aikens (Linda) of Friendsville, Texas; sisters: Donna Chase (Don) of Crossville, Bernadette McCarter of Crossville, and Elaine Loy (Richard) of Richmond, Virginia; grandchildren: Nicholas Hayes, Anna Hayes, Ariella Hayes, Malia Sherrill, Makenna Sherrill, Braden Snowden, Ronan Fields, Hunter Fields, Jules Renea Lewis, Vanity Lewis, Vanessa Lewis, Ashley Pugh and Tyler Brown; and great-grandchildren: Brayden York, Olivia Moore and Sadie Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: John Aikens. Funeral services will be held Saturday February 6, 2021 at 3 p.m. at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 until 3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
