Cynthia Kaye McGuffin, age 66, of Oliver Springs, passed away December 20, 2019 at the home of her sister in Kingston. She was a member of First Baptist Church Kingston where she attended as a child. Kaye was employed by CNS at Y-12 National Security Complex and had worked at various Government Facilities over the years in Quality Control.  She enjoyed fishing and working jigsaw puzzles. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Zella Mae McGuffin. Survivors include her sisters: Gail Tapp of Kingston and Janet Baucom (Terry) of Oak Ridge; nieces and nephews: Bobby Tapp (Melissa), Michelle Harris, April Snodgrass (Danny), Heather Kryworuka (Steve), Aaron Tapp (Beth), and Tori Baucom; 9 great-nieces and great-nephews; and several extended family members and special friends. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Fraker Funeral Home with funeral service following. Interment will follow at New Midway Cemetery in Kingston.
