Memorial services for Dale Richard Willis, age 75, of Crossville will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1 to 3 p.m. central. Survivor includes wife: Paula Willis.
