A deadly multi-vehicle crash occurred in Cumberland County, on Wednesday evening, shutting down a portion of the roadway according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT).

The incident took place on Highway 28 at the intersection with Ed Houston Road, just before 5 p.m. Central Time.
