Debra Ann Tinnel, age 69, of Harriman passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. She was born August 1, 1956 in Sweetwater to the late Earl and Mildred Davis Tinnel.

Debra loved gardening and working in her flowers but her main enjoyment in life was watching out for everyone she cared about and taking care of the people she loved.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Mildred Davis Tinnel; daughter, Nicole Waddell; brothers, Larry, Danny, Darrell, Earl, Tommy, and Eddie Tinnel.

The family will receive friends 11:00-12:00 noon, Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Fraker Funeral Home in Kingston.  Graveside service will follow the visitation at Edgemon Cemetery in Ten Mile with Rev.
