Debra Jean Phillips, 62
Debra Jean Phillips (62)
On Sunday, February 2, 1964, Debby was born to William and Donna Tucker in Dearborn MI. She made her exit on May 24, 2026.
Debby was anything but ordinary. She was wonderful. She was loved by all who knew her and if you ask around, she was the sweetest woman you would ever meet. Debby was the most accepting, non-judgmental and loving person on this Earth. She loved everyone, even the lost and the broken. It only makes sense that she made a career as a Nurse, and she was the best! Her kindness and compassion and the fact that she truly cared made a huge impact. To say she will be missed is an understatement.
Debby was smart, creative, thoughtful, adorable, sweet, kind, loving, funny and beautiful. And the list goes on. She had a way of making everyone feel special. When she was asked who or what the love of her life was, she responded with “My Mom and My Children”. She was a young Mom with her hands full. She gave birth to 4 very strong-willed humans, and she loved them all with everything she had in her. Debby said her greatest accomplishment in this life was being a mother.
Aside from the love for her family and friends, she loved Crocheting, shopping, John Travolta, and sharing meals together. She also enjoyed gift giving and her cat named Jack. In most recent times, I feel the need to mention, she loved Papa John’s Pizza with ham and extra, extra pineapples as well as Frozen Cokes. She said she feared she was addicted to them.
Debby Jean is survived by her mother, Donna Jean Kilponen; children, Shannon Marie Libby, Stephanie Ann Libby, Frank Earl Libby Jr, and Jacob Charles Libby; grandchildren, Brenden James, Jada Alexis, Frankie Adian, Marissa Paige, Jayden Scott, Kailee Danielle, Jacob Charles Jr, and Madelyn Marie; great grandchildren, Braxten James, Delilah Ann, and Ariana Mary Elizabeth; brothers, Billy, Gary and Karl; sister, Robyn Ann; and her Cat, Jack.
She is Preceded in death by her Daddy, Richard Charles Kilponen; her father and stepmother, William Jacob Tucker and Linda Ann Tucker; and her grandpuppy, Manny.
