This includes Clay County, Clinton County, Cumberland County, Fentress County, Overton County, Pickett County, Putnam County, Van Buren County and White County in the 3B Media coverage area.

Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog. Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
