“Deputy Parker was voted for Officer of the Quarter by his fellow coworkers in January 2025. Deputy Parker always shows up with a positive attitude, and always checks in with his coworkers to make sure they don’t need anything. “What up, big dog?” is always Deputy Parker’s greeting to everyone he sees, and he is always smiling and exhibiting positivity. Deputy Parker has shown exceptional growth as an officer since being hired, going above and beyond, and always making sure things get done. He never hesitates when asked to do something, and volunteers to do things he sees that needs to be done. Deputy Parker has shown outstanding de-escalation skills, as well as extreme patience when dealing with difficult inmates or those struggling through a mental health crisis. This award is well deserved by Deputy Parker, and I’m extremely proud of the work he has done!”
