Roane County, TN- The report is now in on the single-vehicle accident that occurred early Monday morning just after 2:00 a.m. on Massengill Springs Road near Oliver Springs.
The report indicates the vehicle was traveling on Massingill Springs Road and then stopped and attempted to turn around using a private driveway. The Honda Accord went off the road backing up and overturning into the creek. The driver, 35-year-old Casey Tapley, and her passenger 37-year-old Billy Skiles were both transported to the hospital.

No other vehicles were involved.
