Donald Ledbetter, age 63, of Rockwood, passed away April 11, 2021. Donald was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He gained a professional status building new furniture and antiques. He was formerly employed by La-Z-Boy, Hixson Upholstery and Castro Convertibles. Donald loved racing, NASCAR in particular. He also loved golf and shooting pool. He was a wonderful man who was always willing to help anyone in need. Donald loved his family and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents: Rev. Junior and Betty Ledbetter; and siblings: Debbie Webb and Danny Ledbetter. He is survived by his children: Christopher, Kim and Jeremy Ledbetter; grandchildren: Chase, Chandler, Ayannah, Bryson and Chloe; 1 great-grandchild; sister: Diane (Johnny) Turpin; brother: Dennis Ledbetter; and a host of other family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends Wednesday April 14, 2021 from 6 until 8 p.m. eastern at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman. The body will lie in state in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home Thursday April 15, 2021 from 11 a.m. until noon eastern. At noon, a procession will leave the funeral home to Old Mt. Pisgah Cemetery for a graveside service. Davis Funeral Home in Harriman is serving the family.
