A Roane Countian escaped injuries in a recent single vehicle accident on Highway 27 near Mossy Grove in Morgan County. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe operated by 49-year-old Jesse Ramirez, Jr. of Harriman lost control and ended upside down in a ditch next to the roadway. Ramirez was restrained at the time of the crash.
