The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics responded this morning to a single-vehicle accident in Fentress County.

The accident report states a 2012 Nissan Altima driven by 45-year-old Jennifer A. Smith was traveling west on Highway 52 when she crossed over the center line. The vehicle exited the road and struck a concrete culvert.

The impact caused the Nissan to overturn.

Troopers say Smith sustained injuries in the crash.
