Earl Davis Phipps, age 90, of Crossville, passed away March 13, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife: Joyce Phipps; and grandsons: Matthew Loyd and Caleb Dorer. He is survived by his son: Alan Dale Phipps (Janice) of Ardmore, Tennessee; daughter: Sonia Lynne Dorer (Richard) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; grandchildren: Kellie Barron of Athens, Alabama, Nikki Parmer of Missouri, and Charles “Charlie” Davis Dorer of Lebanon, Tennessee; and brother: Ernest Phipps of Mount Juliet, Tennessee. He chose cremation, however, there will be a celebration of life memorial at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home March 20, 2021 at 3 p.m. central. Later, his urn will be placed at Woody Cemetery next to his beloved wife, Joyce. Please come and help us celebrate Earl’s life, and most importantly, his life in his new heavenly body as he finds comfort in Jesus’ arms.
