Funeral services for Elizabeth Frances Norris, age 56, of Crossville, will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Smiths Chapel Cemetery in Gainesboro, Tennessee. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Survivors include her husband: Billy Michael Norris; sons: Michale Norris and Jessie Norris (Tiffany); granddaughter: Emma Norris; brother: Ronald Stafford (Kim); and sister: Anita Miller.
