Ellen Louise Bilbrey, age 75, of Crossville, TN, passed away at Cumberland Medical Center on April 14, 2026.

Mrs. Bilbrey was born on September 21, 1950, in Monterey, TN, daughter of the late Oda Sisco and Effie (Phillips) Sisco.

Ellen was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, Darrell Bilbrey, Ronnie Bilbrey, Barbara Bolles (Charles), Melinda Epperson, Randy Bilbrey, and Jonathan Bilbrey; grandchildren, Olivia, Logan, Hayley, Jessica, Matthew, Catherine, Angela, Heather, Franklin, Kaitlynn, Ashlynn, Lionel, and Leslie; 18 great grandchildren; and siblings, Allen Sisco, Billy Sisco, Anna Kay Brady, Frances Phillips, and Ina Heflin.

In addition to her parents, Ellen is preceded in death by husband, Donnie Bilbrey; son, Jessie Lee Bilbrey; grandson, Dakota Epperson; granddaughter, Taylor Bilbrey; and brother, Lonnie Sisco.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM with burial to follow at Woody Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11:00 to 1:00 PM prior to the service.
