Update: The children are believed to be with their non-custodial parents, Kurtis and Sawana Pendergrass.

Kurtis Pendergrass, 30 y/o, brown hair, brown eyes, 5’10”, 180 lbs.

Sawana Pendergrass, 30 y/o, brown hair, blue eyes, 5’0″, 140 lbs.

An Endangered Child Alert has been issued on behalf of the Athens Police Department for five children believed to be in the custody of their non-custodial parents.

The children are:

Karson Pendergrass, 5 y/o, blue eyes, blonde hair.

Andrew Pendergrass, 4 y/o, brown hair, brown eyes.

Lucas Pendergrass, 4 y/o, brown hair, brown eyes.

Malachi Pendergrass, 2 y/o, blue eyes, blonde hair.

Kaidren Heath, 11 y/o, hazel eyes, brown hair.

They are believed to be traveling in a white 2018 GMC Acadia, TN tag 521 BMMM.
