An Endangered Child Alert has been issued on behalf of Putnam County Sheriff’s Office for Lukas Javier Perez a 14-year-old white male, 5’9″ tall, 110 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Lukas was last seen in Cookeville on the night of June 24, 2019, wearing a red Nike, short sleeve shirt and black and white pin stripe sweatpants with no shoes. Lukas has a medical condition and is believed to be without medication. Lukas may be in the Bluff City area.
