Ernest (Ernie) R. Austin, age 81, of Kingston, passed away November 6, 2019. Survivors include his wife: Carolyn Cline Austin; children: Alan Austin, Dwight Austin, Erin and Scott Cody, Tim and Kim Clark, Jeff Clark and Missy Scott, Shawn and Sue Clark, Angie and Don Powers; grandchildren: Jessica and David Choate, Kayla and Eddie Irizarry, Emilye and Brett Guge, Sam Clark, Lily Clark, Jonathan Clark, Jacob Clark, Caleb Powers, Eli Powers, and Noah Powers; great-grandchildren: Eyan, Hailey, Gage and Kinsley Choate, Monica, Elias, Easton, Ezekias and Baby Irizarry, and Baby Guge; brother-in-law: Kenny and Joyce Cline; and a host of extended family and church friends. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. November 10, 2019 at Cave Creek Missionary Baptist Church with funeral service following. The church is located at 396 Harvey Road, Kingston, TN 37763. He will be laid to rest at 12 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2019 at Roane Memorial Gardens with military honors, conducted by the Roane County Honor Guard.
