ETHAN HOWARD INDICTED IN WHITE COUNTY ON CHARGES RELATED TO FENTANYL
From the White County Sheriff’s Office:
On November 12th, 2025, the White County Grand Jury returned a sealed indictment charging Mr. Ethan Howard with Sale and Delivery of Schedule II Drugs (Fentanyl).
This indictment is the result of an investigation initiated after Detectives received information that Mr. Howard was allegedly selling Fentanyl to multiple individuals within White County. As part of this investigation, Detectives conducted an undercover-controlled purchase where they bought one gram of Fentanyl from Mr. Howard.
Following the indictment, Mr. Howard was arrested, served with the charges, and booked into custody under a $100,000 bond.
Mr. Howard is scheduled to appear in White County Criminal Court on November 21st, 2025.
The White County Sheriff’s Office reminds the public that this remains an active judicial matter, and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
