EVENT OVERVIEW
Experience rich Native American culture, history, and heritage at Tennessee's only tribally owned museum. Connect with representatives from the Cherokee Nation and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
HIGHLIGHTS & ACTIVITIES

Performances: Special entertainment by the Warrior Dancers of Ani-Kituhwa (official ambassadors of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians).

Demonstrations: 1800s Acorn Printing Press, on-site blacksmithing, 1700s Cherokee life displays, and a Civil War reenactment.

Attractions: Reconstructed 1800s dog-trot log cabin, Cherokee Elementary School art posters, and having your name written in Cherokee.

Competitions: Adult blowgun competition held on both days.

Food & Goods: Traditional arts and crafts, Indian fry bread, Indian tacos, and other refreshments available for purchase.
