ADULT LEARNER EXPO

Roane State will host an Adult Learner Expo this week at its Oak Ridge campus on April 24 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern. The event is designed for working adults exploring higher‐education options, with information on academic programs, workforce training, and resources to help navigate college. Staff will address common concerns like balancing classes with full‐time jobs and covering tuition costs. Representatives from multiple departments will highlight support services including counseling, success coaches, job placement, and financial aid. The expo will also showcase degree and certificate programs offering flexible weekend, evening, and online schedules.
