The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to a single vehicle accident last night on Highway 127 just south of Pikeville in Bledsoe County. Troopers say a 2004 Toyota driven by 53-year-old Sandra Angel of Pikeville left the road and struck a culvert. The automobile flipped end over end ejecting Angel, who was not restrained, and came to rest on top of her. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
