The Fentress County Board of Education last night approved a revised calendar for the upcoming school year. Students will register Monday, August 3, 2020 and return for their first day August 10, 2020. Grades 1 – 4 as well as 9 and 10 will attend school that day from 8 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served. On Tuesday, August 11, 2020, grades 5 – 8 as well as 11 and 12 will attend on the same special hours. Regular school days will go into effect Wednesday August 12, 2020. Parents of students in kindergarten will be given a special schedule for their child during registration.
