FIRST-EVER SMOKY MOUNTAIN BIG FOOT CONFERENCE SLATED FOR JULY

They say you can find just about anything in Gatlinburg… and some folks are hoping that’s true.

For the first time ever, Gatlinburg is hosting the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Conference. The all-day extravaganza is slated for July 27, 2019, at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. It runs from 9 a.m. ’til 5 p.m. and will feature notable Sasquatch seekers and speakers from all over the country. Cliff Barackman, co-host of “Finding Bigfoot,” which airs on Animal Planet, has been confirmed as the show’s headliner. A field researcher for more than two decades, Barackman has gathered data to support the hypothesis that Sasquatches are “an undiscovered species of great ape” that walks upright and lives in North America.

The event’s Facebook page states some of America’s most-experienced Bigfoot investigators and researchers will be speaking – and there will be time for a question-and-answer period after each presentation.

Event planners say they’ve even invited known Bigfoot enthusiast Congressman Tim Burchett.

The event is open to the public, but advance tickets are required. A limited number of VIP reserved seats will be available. Tickets for the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Conference range from $25 to $50.
