The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said a fisherman died after falling into the water while trying to dock a pontoon boat in Tellico Village. Officials say 49-year-old Robert Brown and another man were fishing but headed back because of windy conditions. As the boat approached the dock, the wind pushed it off course and Brown reportedly jumped onto the dock and attempted to pull the boat. Brown then slipped, fell into the water and never resurfaced.
