When Flatrock Motorsports Park opens at 1449 Westel Road in Cumberland County later this year, it will feature a 30-degree banked corner as part of its 5.9-mile 34-turn layout.

The park will have a 3.5-mile private members club circuit. It will also have a 2.67-mile track certified for FIM competitions and to FIA Grade 2 standard for motorsport.

Paving started at Flatrock Motorsports Park in August 2023. The first layer of the track is finished. The final two layers should be done early this year.

The motorsport park will have much to offer attendees, including a restaurant, while long-term plans include a hotel, brewery, a retail center, and an amphitheater to host live concerts.
