FORMER WHITE COUNTY TEACHER INDICTED FOR CHILD RAPE
District Attorney General Bryant C. Dunaway says former White County Middle School teacher Austin Damon Allen has been indicted for child sex crimes.
A White County Grand Jury yesterday found probable cause, charging Allen with especially aggravated sexual exploitation, two counts each of continuous sexual abuse of a child and soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means, and four counts of rape of a child.
Austin Allen was taken into custody in Cookeville in October 2023 when he was originally charged.
He remains in custody in the White County Jail.
