FOUR JAILED AFTER ROANE COUNTY TRAFFIC STOP
BBBTV12 – Four individuals remain in custody at the Roane County Jail after a traffic stop conducted by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer early last Sunday, just after midnight. The stop led to multiple arrests and charges, including illegal drug possession and methamphetamine-related offenses.
Arrest Details
- Larry Nathan Robey, 57
Robey faces charges of probation and parole violations, possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. - His bond is set at $11,000.
- Jose Francisco Moreno, 26
The driver of the vehicle, Moreno, faces 10 charges, including: - Driving under the influence (DUI)
- Simple possession or casual exchange
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Operating a vehicle without a license or insurance
- Resisting arrest

- Brandon Lamar Jones, 29
