FOUR JAILED AFTER ROANE COUNTY TRAFFIC STOP

BBBTV12 – Four individuals remain in custody at the Roane County Jail after a traffic stop conducted by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer early last Sunday, just after midnight. The stop led to multiple arrests and charges, including illegal drug possession and methamphetamine-related offenses.

Arrest Details

  • Larry Nathan Robey, 57
    Robey faces charges of probation and parole violations, possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • His bond is set at $11,000.
  • Jose Francisco Moreno, 26
    The driver of the vehicle, Moreno, faces 10 charges, including:
  • Driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Simple possession or casual exchange
  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Operating a vehicle without a license or insurance
  • Resisting arrest
  • Assault on an officer
  • Moreno’s bond has been set at $15,000.
  • Brandon Lamar Jones, 29
    Jones is charged with methamphetamine manufacturing and delivery, as well as simple possession.
  • His bond is set at $11,000.
  • Shelby Hooper, 31
    Hooper faces charges of probation and parole violations, possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Her bond is set at $14,100.

All four individuals remain incarcerated at the Roane County Jail as of today.
