Francis Lee Hedgecoth, age 78, of Harriman, passed away December 23, 2020 at his home. He was born December 22, 1942. He was a member of the Rockwood Baptist Tabernacle and Southgate Masonic Lodge #569 in Harriman. He was also a retired member of the U.S. Army National Guard after 24 years of service. He is preceded in death by his wife: Thelma Louise Hedgecoth; daughters: Kathy Osborne, Drew Nevans; stepson: James Ivy; granddaughter: Carla Ivy; and grandsons: Mickey Ivy; Brent Kincer. He is survived by his son: Lee Hedgecoth of Harriman; 7 grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren; brother: Bill Bunch (Kay) of Lebanon, Tennessee; and sister: Angeline Clapp (Dick) of Florida. The family will meet Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood at 11 a.m. eastern for a graveside service. Evans Mortuary in Rockwood is serving the family.
