A fugitive on the run from Monroe County authorities this week for multiple counts of auto theft was captured early this morning. Law enforcement located Jason Michael Salley in a hotel in Cleveland, Tennessee after working an investigation into determining his whereabouts. A short foot pursuit ensued but officers were able to take Salley into custody. He was transported to the Bradley County Jail where he will await to be escorted to the Monroe County Justice Center.
