Celebration of Life Services for Gabriel Paul Frizzell, age 42, of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 6:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Chris Phipps, Rev. Don Russell, and Rev. Raymond Phillips will officiate. Mr. Frizzell was born on Wednesday, February 10, 1982, in Cookeville, Tennessee, to the late Dale Ray Frizzell and Debbie Frizzell Sells of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024, at his home. Gabriel previously worked with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. He was a member of Columbia Hill Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Monterey High School Class of 2000. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Ashley Phipps Frizzell of Monterey, TN; children, Gabriel Cade Frizzell, Ava Claire Frizzell, Eden Alivia Frizzell all of Monterey, TN; mother and father, Debbie and Greg Sells of Murfreesboro, TN; grandmother, Ruby Colbert of Albany, KY; brother and sister-in-law, Tyler and Elizabeth Sells of Columbia, TN; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Chris and Sandy Phipps of Monterey, TN; brother-in-law, Christopher Phipps of Cookeville, TN; nephews, Aiden Phipps and Wilder Sells; and a host of special friends and extended family. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest and Mae Offenbacker and Bob and Mary Sisco.
